WONDERFUL: A ‘Wonder Woman’ Sequel Was Confirmed After Kicking Goals At Comic-Con
Wonder Woman dominated San Diego’s Comic-Con on Saturday and on the back of all the excitement, it was announced that a Wonder Woman sequel is already in the works.
This is hardly surprising. Wonder Woman has become the highest-grossing movie in the DC cinematic universe, drawing in $670.68 million and almost universal praise among critiques. So a sequel was pretty much a given, and I for one can’t wait for Gal Gadot to light up the silver screen once more. She is a gift to us all.
Furthermore at CC, Time Magazine are reporting that Wonder Woman appeared to be one of the most popular costumes at the convention this year, alongside similarly kick-ass female icons like Rey from Star Wars and Daenerys from Game of Thrones. This included men dressing up as the heroin as well. It’s heart-warming stuff.
