This year’s BAFTA nominees will get a free trip to a winery in New Zealand in their goodie bags.

Remember the joy of leaving a party with a goodie bag stuffed with lollies and nick-nacks? We’ll famous people still get them, only they’re way-way-way cooler.

This year, nominees and speakers attending the 69th BAFTA Awards ceremony on Monday (Aus time) will each get a goodie bag packed with expensive freebies, including a free trip to a winery in New Zealand.

Stars in the running for the British Academy Film Awards will each receive an ‘Exclusive Nominee Gift Bag’ donated by the Official Film Awards Partners packed with expensive freebies.

The contents includes Cocorose London’s folding shoes to mark the luxury brands seventh anniversary, a Globe trotter Safari Ivory 21 inch Trolley Case with Natural Leather, 10 per cent discount off an 88 Rue Du Rhone timepiece and a trip to Auckland with a guest to visit the ‘Villa Maria’ winery followed by a lunch, tour and wine tasting session and a bottle of Champagne Taittinger Brut reserve NV.

Other items include Evian brumisateur spray to hydrate their skin, Hotel Chocolat’s ‘The Everything Sleekster’ box featuring 27 chocolate truffles, Lancome perfume and mascara, Savoy English Breakfast Marmalade, Fortnum and Mason’s teas and a Hacket London Pocket Square.

Among the stars expected to attend are Eddie Redmayne, Leonardo DiCaprio, John Boyega, Alicia Vikander, Brie Larson, Saoirse Ronan and Kate Winslet.

The 69th BAFTA Awards are going down at The Royal Opera House in London. You’ll be able to watch them in Australian on BBC UKTV from 8.30pm on Monday.
