Adam And Jesse From ‘MAFS’ Are Teaming Up To Take Claire Down
It’s only Wednesday but we are already exhausted from the sheer amount of tea the Married at First Sight cast have spilled. After Jesse Burford’s brutal takedown of Claire Nomarhas on Monday, Adam Seed has waded into the chat.
Adam and Jesse have become an unlikely duo, as both believe they were wronged by Claire on the show. To recap, Claire had a sneaky kiss with Adam while she was “married” to Jesse during the experiment. She pleaded innocence when she came clean to Sandy Jawanda, claiming that Adam wanted to keep their tryst a secret.
While answering a series of fan questions on Instagram, Adam accused Claire of lying about the entire cheating scandal. The controversial groom called her version of events a “flat-out lie”, saying she wanted to “keep [the kiss] under wraps”, not him. He didn’t come empty-handed either, sharing a screenshot that seemingly shows Claire sending him WhatsApp messages after their kiss.
“I enjoyed it,” she appeared to write, followed by a zipper-mouth face emoji and a purple devil emoji.
“Clearly proves that Claire sent me the shut your mouth emoji and also proves that she is a lying [redacted],” Adam said. “It wasn’t something that I was gonna come screaming out with, but for it to have been pinned on me that I was the one that was the dirty dog trying to keep it all a secret, just proves who really was the dirty dog in all of this.”
Jesse jumped in to take another swing at his ex, reposting Adam’s story and adding a comment of his own. “Pash and Dash hey? Thanks for dragging me through that nightmare so you could get your redemption. People. She is not who you think she is,” he said.
The screenshot is rather small, so naturally, fans (us included) had some questions… like, where are the other messages? How do we know these are legit? Can we really trust Adam Seed(y)?
Of course, Adam says he deleted the rest of his chat with Claire, which seems… convenient. “I dunno whether [Claire] has [the messages], maybe you can hit her up, pretty sure she would still have it?” he said. “At the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter too much… I just had to clear my name and show some proof that it wasn’t me that was trying to cover things up.”
“Jesse and I are just using the platform at the moment to set the record straight,” he added.
Over to you, Claire.
