Oh Good, Adam From ‘MAFS’ Just Accused Claire And Janelle Of Lying
Seed by name, seedy by nature, Adam Seed has been a controversial groom on this season of Married at First Sight.
Adam’s lies unravelled right in front of him during this weeks’ MAFS episodes, after Claire owned up to the fact she and Adam did share a kiss on a night out, after they both had vehemently denied it and gaslit Claire’s husband Jesse into thinking he was crazy for suspecting something.
During last night’s dinner party, Claire and Adam both faced the heat for their actions, with Adam denying he “cheated” on his partner Janelle because they weren’t in a good place at the time. Then Janelle called him out for having sex with her the night he kissed Claire. It was messy AF!
Adam has now given an interview to KISS’s The Kyle & Jackie O Show, telling Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O that he’d happily do a lie detector test to prove he’s telling the whole truth and that he doesn’t think Janelle or Claire would pass such a test because they weren’t there for the right reasons.
As you can imagine, Kyle was foul as always, not understanding the big deal that Adam kissed someone else, before going home to “root his wife”. “If he rooted someone else and didn’t wipe it down with a wet wipe, then yeah, that’d be a problem,” Kyle said.
Charming.
Apart from the terribly traumatic image of Kyle and/or Adam wiping down their dicks with a wet wipe, here’s everything else we learned from Adam’s interview about his time on MAFS.

Adam insists he’s not shady:
“I’m not shady,” Adam wailed, when asked. “I got myself into a little position, and I feel super sorry that I tried to cover that little thing up and also gaslight Jesse, that was the worst part of all of that, making him feel like he’s going crazy when he had a feeling something was going on.”
[Kyle then interrupted to say he hates the word gaslighting because it feels like a revenge word women have invented. OK, babes.]
Adam feels the worst for Jesse, who he said out of the “four of them” was the only one with genuine intentions:
“I have nothing but love for Jesse, we are on the mend.
“I know what I did was wrong, I shouldn’t have kissed Claire, I shouldn’t have gaslit Jesse. Hand on heart, the one person I feel terrible for is Jesse, out of the four of us, he was the only one I feel was genuine and there for the right reasons in that moment. He’s an absolute legend, he’s one of a kind. This is why it does not sit well with me, how I made him feel. It hurts me even more just to see how hard he really took it.”
On not showing Janelle his phone and whether he was covering up something:
“I’m not going to say too much about that right now, but that for sure was not the case. I said to Janelle she could look at my phone, but it was made to look like that because in the end it did come out that I had kissed Claire.”
On Claire allegedly making more than one advance on him:
“I got some tea for you guys, that wasn’t the first time… when we went down to have that vape, she tried to get me away from the group 3-4 times throughout the night,” Adam said, before agreeing with Kyle that Claire was “stinging for him”.
“I do have texts, screenshots, from what Claire’s said, she’s lying through her teeth right now, she’s very cunning. There’s a lot of he said, she said going on. I’m more than happy to sit down, get me on a lie detector test, I’ll tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But I’m sure Janelle and Claire wouldn’t want to sit down on the lie detector test.”
On the text messages he received from Claire:
“I don’t want to cast too much shade on Claire, but she’s trying to make it out like it was me that was into her. Yes, she’s the one that told Jesse about the kiss. And then [there was] text messages from after that night from Claire, asking me to go meet her. I did sort of lean into it a little bit, nothing actually happened. She was making a few advances on me, but it is what it is.”
On the blowup he allegedly had with Janelle before his kiss with Claire:
Adam then said he and Janelle had a big blowup where she screamed she was leaving, and he said the same, and then they patched things up off-air.
“On the night I kissed Claire, in my head, I thought I was a single guy. Janelle and I, we discovered early in the piece we weren’t each other’s people. We had an idea this wasn’t going to be a thing,” he said, before saying Janelle was in the experiment for ‘clout’.
On whether he’s had any contact with Claire, or if anything else happened between them:
“We had no contact since the show, we saw each other at the reunion, I can promise you right now it was just that kiss that night.”
