Aleks And Ivan From ‘MAFS’ May Actually Still Be Together After Leaving Experiment
Aleks and Ivan were always one of Married at First Sight‘s strongest couples until things crumbled extremely fast after Ivan’s hometown visit.
The last dramatic dinner party saw the pair argue about their intimacy and Aleks’ alleged infidelity, all at the hands of pot-stirrer Michael.
ICYMI or need a refresher: Michael and Josh started laying into Aleks at the dinner party about being intimate with Ivan. Aleks denied having sex with Ivan, saying that when she’s talked about their intimacy she’s only ever meant pashing. Ivan told the guys to stop confronting Aleks, only to have them turn around on him and say that Ivan set up the whole thing.
This led us to the most recent commitment ceremony. We all anticipated the heat being on Aleks and Ivan after the shitshow of the week before, so the two did what most of us would do in this situation: they ghosted the whole damn thing and left the show.
Aleks and Ivan both took to Instagram last night to bid farewell to the experiment… but they also left us with questions over the state of their relationship.
“Ivan and I stayed together the evening of our exit and he even saw me off at the airport to be with my family. It was an emotional moment for the both of us,” Aleks captioned the post.
“Let’s see if being outside does our relationship any more justice without the pressure and judgement of our peers.”
The post ended on a more telling note, hinting that things may not necessarily work out between the two in a romantic sense.
“Regardless of what pans out over the news few days and weeks, we are forever grateful for the wonderful people we have met along the way.”
Are they together?! Are the not?! Are they BFFS for life? Will Ivan ever be reunited with his cheese board?
These are the questions that will keep me up at night.
