Bella From ‘The Bachelor’ Has Refuted Claims She Met Locky In Bali

The Bachelor may have only just begun but the drama is already nearly too much.

Sure, we all love a hot mess, but the contestants are already going above and beyond this season and we’ve barely even hit week two. Slow down, guys! Some of us are running a marathon here, not a race.

OK, let’s get straight to the point. Let’s talk about the elephant in the rose room.

Last week on the So Dramatic! podcast, ex-contestant Nadine Kodsi threw out that Bella Varelis and Locky already knew each other before filming, alleging that Bella would win the season because it’s all “a set-up.”

“There was a rumour that apparently they [Locky and Bella] met in Bali and she basically made an agreement to go on the show and then they’d be together.”

Some fans were quick to dispute this rumour themselves, pointing out Nadine and Bella would have spent only hours together. Though we also know that sometimes the first rose ceremony is filmed over numerous nights, so…

Given all the speculation over whether she and Locky were a set-up, Bella spoke with the Herald Sun and released this statement.

“I haven’t been to Bali in five years and it genuinely baffles me the lengths people will go to. I’d never even watched Survivor. I didn’t even have a conversation with Nadine.”

Fair enough then.

Honestly, all this is just making me sad that none of us can go on a holiday to Bali anytime soon.
