Rumour Has It, Dom Had To Do Anger Management After KAK Clash On ‘I’m A Celebrity’

Dom Calarco’s showdown with Kerri-Anne Kennerly on I’m A Celebrity was certainly one for the reality TV history books, however the unintentionally comedic clash didn’t come without consequences.

A lil refresher: Dom grew salty that Kerri-Anne was allowed to bring makeup into the jungle, while she wasn’t. Shit later hit the fan when KAK refused to eat an animal testicle in a food trial, which meant the campmates would miss out on some of their dinner rations.

A fiery confrontation ensued which led to Dom calling KAK selfish, as well as a c*nt in an unaired scene, prompting the Gold Logie winner to pack her bags and backdoor it out of the jungle.

While Dom’s response to KAK was largely applauded by fans on social media, production didn’t condone her behaviour. “After the incident, production sat her down and gave her a stern talking to and a warning about her behaviour,” an insider told So Dramatic!.

“They said it’s not [Married at First Sight] and they won’t tolerate that language or treatment of contestants on [I’m A Celebrity] and if she had another outburst like that, they would have to remove her from the show,” they continued.

And apparently, Dom didn’t just get a slap on the wrist by the I’m A Celebrity crew, she was reportedly forced to get professional help in regards to her outburst.

“They told her that she needs to be on her best behaviour moving forward and that she’s on her final warning. It was very serious. They had to call in the head producer,” the insider claimed.

“They also made her do an anger management session during filming to prevent it from happening again.”

After being evicted from the jungle, Dom issued a fairly convincing apology during an appearance on The Project in regard to the language she used towards KAK. However, the same So Dramatic! source has alleged that Dom’s attempt to make amends wasn’t exactly heartfelt.

“She was also given an extensive briefing upon her eviction about how to address the situation [with KAK] when she was asked about it in her media interviews,” they said. “She was told that she needs to follow their instructions for how to address the situation in order to minimise the damage.”
