Giddy up, Australia! Farmer Wants A Wife is back and this time, we’re getting a female farmer in the mix — so, you better saddle up for this love ride.

Paige, a 27-year-old farmer from Cassilis NSW who specialises in sheep, cattle and cropping, has joined the search for romance, alongside Farmer Ben, 27, Farmer Benjamin, 33, Farmer Harry, 23 and Farmer Will, 26.

It appears that love has been dialled up to 100 this seasonwith the latest trailer giving us major Hannah Montana: The Movie romance vibes.

We’re so keen to finally see another lady farmer in the mix after a long, long time of exclusively men being cast on the reality show. Farmer Wants A Wife has featured only a handful of amazing women in the past: Jenny Blake from Season 3, Becky Cassanova from Season 5, and Melia Brent-White from Season 6.

We will be rooting for Farmer Paige during her quest to find love.

Paige told TV Tonight that she is looking for a focused, hard-working and ambitious man, and it’s what she deserves. “I’d like to meet a man who is focused, driven, and has goals and a vision, because that’s the same as me. I want to achieve and keep growing, and to find someone else who wants to do that with me would be great,” she said.

“You don’t have to be a farmer, but you need to understand things will pop up at 7pm on Friday night and you have to fix the fence because if you don’t, the cows will get out.” Yee-haw!

Farmer Wants A Wife has always tugged on our heart strings and we’re hoping this season brings out successful stories like Sam Alford and Jodie Byrne of Season 8, and Frank Atherton and Tenille Jolly of Season 7.

And who could forget the massive pregnancy scandal from last year between Hayley Love and Farmer Will Dwyer?

But overall, we’re super keen for another love journey because who doesn’t want a little love in their life? As this season’s Farmer Harry said, “Love is something I just can’t live without.” Amen, my man.

Farmer Wants A Wife is coming soon to Channel 7 and 7plus.
