A Reality Show Actually Called ‘FBOY Island’ Is Coming & Here’s The First Trailer
A new reality dating show is set to be your next obsession: FBOY Island. Oh nice, that’s where all my exes went!
The HBO Max series will see three women who want to settle down dropped on an island with a pool of 24 guys. The catch? Half of the men are “nice guys”, while the other half are “self-proclaimed F-boys”. The women have to figure out the blokes that are there for the right reasons and just to add another element, there’s a $100,000 prize up for grabs.
We all know a fuckboi, they’re the kind of guy who promises you the world, then after sleeping with you, stops replying to your texts. Or they keep you on their hook for months, never committing to you, but not wanting you to date other people. There are a lot of different kinds of fuckbois but they all have one thing in common: they’re masters of manipulation.
Comedian Nikki Glaser will host the ten-episode series, which has been pitched as “a social experiment that asks the age-old question: Can F-Boys truly reform or do Nice Guys always finish last?” It looks similar to Are You The One, only instead of contestants searching for their soul mates, they’re trying to sniff out fuckbois in their midst.
I’m already all in!

The series premieres on July 29 in the US, but we’re yet to find out where FBOY Island will stream in Australia.
