The Steamy ‘Home And Away’ Spoiler That Proves Bree And Remi Break Up

The Home and Away end-of-year cliffhanger is almost upon us, and surprise, surprise, there’s another car crash involved. I think we all saw that one coming.

In a dramatic promo, Remi Carter is seen hurtling down the road on a motorbike, before colliding headfirst with a car. Don’t worry, it doesn’t seem like he dies, because he was seen filming out at Palm Beach recently.

Considering the show films approximately five months in advance, he probably only gets a little scratch. Last year, Heather Frazer literally fell from the top of a building… but she survived and looked perfectly fine.

It’s not all peachy for Remi though, because I’ve uncovered a spicy spoiler that spells the end of his relationship with Dr Bree Cameron. A fan spotted Bree having a steamy makeout sesh with a mystery man at Palm Beach, where the show films on location. He could be a guest character or core character to be introduced in 2024.

“My hubby and I had the privilege of finally visiting Summer Bay,” fan Danielle Stevens wrote in the Home and Away Spoilers & Info Facebook fan group. “Poor Remi, seems Bree has found herself a new man… we watched them do so many takes, over and over and over.”

It doesn’t look like Bree is having an affair either, because the couple were being downright obvious with their PDA. 

After everything that Bree and Remi went through with Bree’s abusive ex-husband Jacob – including Bree’s decision to abort her surprise pregnancy after not knowing who the father was – it seems like a bizarre move to tear them apart. But I guess this is Summer Bay, and nobody is allowed to be happy.

Who is Bree’s new mystery man on Home and Away?

After some fans did some sleuthing, a handful have deduced that Bree’s mystery man could be played by actor Mahesh Jadu. Neighbours fans might remember him as Dr Doug Harris or his role as Vilgefortz in The Witcher.

“That is definitely Mahesh Jadu. Been on many shows The Witcher and Marco Polo on Netflix, [and played] a doctor on Neighbours. He is currently in Sydney, so must be him,” a fan pointed out. “It does look like him,” another agreed. 

“He gives off doctor vibes in the photo so will be interesting to see what he does,” a third guessed. 

Fans react to Bree’s new relationship on Home and Away.

Home and Away fans are extremely ~passionate~ about the soap. I reckon you either LOVE the show, or you wouldn’t touch it with a five-foot pole and prefer to turn MAFS on instead. 

So it comes as no surprise that the Summer Bay squad aren’t pleased with this new mystery man. Why? Because we’re already seeing Felicity Newman and Tane Parata’s relationship disintegrate before our very eyes and viewers want some form of happiness in the bay, goddammit.

“Oh after everything Bree and Remi went through, they break up. I love Bree and Remi, I’m so sad, they were my favourite couple on the show besides Eden and Cash,” one fan said.

“I don’t like the idea of Bree not being with Remi after all they went through. Something bad must have happened between them,” another added.

“I am hoping this is just a break for Bree, given she [was] with Jacob since high school… I hope they haven’t made him cheat on her or anything. I really loved Bree and Remi together, loved how they complimented each other,” a fan commented.

Can’t wait to see what the writers throw at Bree and Remi in the next few months. Here’s what I have on my bingo card: cheating, the pair realising they actually have nothing in common, another car crash, an ex turning up in Summer Bay or a stalker. Only time will tell…
