Josh From ‘MAFS’ Has Uploaded A Video Calling The Show Out & It’s Juicy
They were one of Married at First Sight‘s strongest couples at the start but Josh Pihlak and Cathy Evans are all over, with Josh confirming their split on Instagram.
It seemed the editing of Josh’s hometown visit finally tipped him over the edge, as he took to Instagram to slam producers over how they portrayed his family.
“First of all I want to say, we’re not meant to be using our social media, we’re meant to be keeping it hush hush and quiet but I think sometimes it’s better to speak up” Josh said.
“Cathy, a beautiful girl, nothing against her it just didn’t work out,” Josh continued. “I knew going into this it would be edited, I was sweet with that. Watching back what transpired and what actually happened was just an absolute joke.”
Josh continued on to say he decided to speak out against the show after he and his family (including his mum and little brothers) started receiving death threats.
You can watch Josh’s full speech below:
Josh said while he understood the editing process could swap and change things, he said the hate his little brothers were receiving off the back of Monday’s episode was “ridiculous.”
“I can’t stress enough to people who are thinking about applying for this show to have a good hard think,” Josh said. “When you sign that contract any footage, any audio, can be cut up and sliced how they choose.”
Josh later left pointed comments on his video making fun of the show.
Oooh yeah, he really went there.
This season’s cast may be the loosest we’ve seen so far in terms of keeping things quiet and, well, we’ll just be sitting here waiting for the next one to hit us.
