Carrie Bradshaw and her NYC clique (minus Samantha Jones, of course) are the human embodiment of glitter – bright and sparkly, but almost impossible to get rid of.

I mean, the Manhattanites first graced our screens way back in 1998, and as of today, we have some new Carrie content in the form of the new And Just Like That trailer.

Of course, glitter is great and so are new installments of anything Sex And The City related. For that reason, we have replayed the brand-spanking new trailer approximately 26 times and jotted down some of the most exciting moments for you to peruse. If you need a refresher on what happened in last season’s finale, we’ve got you covered here.

Watch the And Just Like That trailer and we will discuss it below.

Charlotte has made a middle school MILF list

And Just Like That‘s princess – and all-round loveable character – Charlotte York is back with a mildly concerning (yet strangely adorable) admission that a MILF list is circulating around her child’s school. If you’re unaware on what exactly a MILF list is – it’s essentially an index mothers at Charlotte’s kids school that the tweens would like to… f**k.

“I got the list!” Dr Nya Wallace exclaims to her friends Carrie, Miranda, and Lisa at brunch. When Carrie asks what list she’s referring to, Charlotte replies with a giant smile: “There’s a whole brouhaha at school about this MILF list”.

Anyone who knows Charlotte York knows that her animated comment could very likely see her gunning for a spot on said list.

Miranda and Che are still together

Viewers across the world were left heartbroken last year when they watched Miranda dump sweetheart Steve after two decades of marriage for a person named Che. Of course, in the season finale, Miranda decided to ditch her new internship and follow Che to LA where she’s moved to film a pilot.

And, it appears as though Miranda’s love story with the comedian is still thriving, as the pair are shown engaging in a steamy make-out sesh. What isn’t so obvious, however, is whether Miranda has ditched NYC for good. She’s spotted in a suspiciously NYC-looking warehouse apartment with Charlotte. BUT, she is also seen telling Carrie that she and Che have taken a “big step up” together, as the screen flashes to the pair in a different apartment, suggesting that they’ve moved in together. As to where this mystery apartment is, your guess is as good as mine.

Carrie Bradshaw’s single life is blossoming… until she gets back with Aidan

And Just Like That viewers will know that the death of Carrie’s husband Mr Big was the main storyline in Season 1 of the show, and made the whole thing rather, well, depressing.

Fast forward to Season 2 of the reboot, and it seems as though a very single Carrie is well and truly back in the game. “I’ve been having exit out of grief sex, It’s just sex,” she tells her co-worker Franklyn.

However, fans who are excited to watch Carrie date her way through The Big Apple again will be sorely disappointed to learn that Carrie has almost definitely gone back to her ex Aidan Shaw yet again.

“And just like that, I realised some things are better left in the past. But, maybe not everything,” rings out Carries iconic voiceover as a shot of her and Aidan meeting up on her apartment stoop comes into focus.

You know what they say, you don’t have to be worried about your partner going back to their ex again when said ex is… dead.
