Tonight on The Bachelor, Matty J went on his second solo date with Laura, and if you ask us, she has almost sealed her place as this season’s winner.

There’s always been a spark between the two, but after the couple naming a star together, it seems their relationship has stepped up a notch. However, despite it seeming obvious from the beginning that Laura was a frontrunner, viewers are not convinced.

Their date came attached to a card that bonged on about their encounter ‘being written in the stars’. As their date kicked off, Laura guessed the exact date Matty had planned. It was awks as.

‘You’ll never guess what spectacular date me, myself have planned…’

‘Errr…it’s probz some lame fortune teller/ observatory cliche thing..’

‘You are incorrect, you silly, silly woman.’

The date goes on to include every detail of Laura’s prediction.

They go see a psychic who swiftly tells them they are 100 percent compatible, (as Osher hides under the table feeding her every word). But then they visit the observatory to see the night sky (in the day time) and talk about their insignificance in the universe.

Matty gets deep and Laura laps it up.

Then Matty drops the big news. There’s a star just sitting there up in the solar system and it’s literally got their name on it.

‘WE ARE HAVING A STAR BABY.’

‘Awwwww she’s beautiful. She has your eyes.’

‘We’re gonna name a baby!’ Laura shouts. As Matty asked if ‘she’ is a ‘healthy star’.

‘We’re parents of a bouncing ball of hydrogen!!’

They name her ‘Mattaura’. I guess ‘Osher’s Love Quest’ was taken. But then Matty learns that their baby will live for 10 billion years. Reality quickly settles in.

‘O shit, what have I done.’

After the couple organises kindergarden, primary school and college intuition for their star infant, they sit down to share their feels. Well, it was mostly just Laura blabbering on.

‘I really, really, really, really, really, really, really like you.’

The date ended with a pretty good pash, so it’s clear that Laura is the defs leader, but Elise, Elora and Tara are hanging around kicking at her heels. But, if Laura isn’t the final girl, what will happen to their star?!
