It doesn’t feel like all that long ago we were obsessing over Season 3 of Love is Blind and hating on Bartise, Matt, and Cole with a fiery passion. Well, we’ve got good or bad news depending on how you want to look at it: Season 4 of Love is Blind has hit Netflix and it’s already an addictive and frustrating ride.

Just in case you’re new here, the premise behind Love is Blind is pretty simple: a bunch of singles get to know each other while sitting in separate pods and never actually seeing each other. If they hit it off and build a solid emotional connection, they’ll wind up engaged (Americans, I know, they’re crazy kids) and then meet face-to-face for the first time.

From there, they’ll go away on a honeymoon-style vacation, get to know each other, move in, and see if the age-old question can be answered before their wedding day: is love really blind? Well, looking at my dating history, I’d say yes and that could’ve saved everyone all the money that went into producing this show, but whatever.

There is already one couple who look set to be endgame with Season 4’s Brett and Tiffany — no pressure but we’re putting all our hopes and dreams into you guys to be the new Lauren and Cameron from Season 1. And there is, of course, a whole lot of drama, with a potential cheating scandal being teased, along with a mean girls dynamic developing between Micah and Irina, which hasn’t played out before in previous seasons.

Warning spoilers ahead, so if you haven’t started watching, proceed with caution!
