‘Love Island’ Star Courtney Has Accused Aaron Of ‘Body-Shaming’ And ‘Bullying’ Her
Courtney Stubbs from Season 3 of Love Island Australia has opened up about her experience with fellow islander Aaron Waters on TikTok, and her story is absolutely heartbreaking.
Courtney and Aaron were coupled up on the third season of the reality TV dating show. After they broke up on the show, Aaron went on to become one of the top three couples with Jess Velkovski, and Courtney made it to the top four with Noah Hura.
In July 2022, Courtney revealed that she was dating Married At First Sight’s Jack Millar, and on Monday, it was revealed that Aaron would be starring in the latest season of Love Island UK.
During his promo for Love Island UK, Aaron mentioned Courtney, saying, “The first girl [Courtney] that I coupled up with in the villa was my least favourite. Definitely wasn’t the girl for me, so I don’t beat around the bush.” Yikes.

It was this promo that caused Courtney to come forward about her experience with Aaron, accusing him of body-shaming and bullying her.
In a three-part TikTok story, Courtney got extremely candid about her experience with Aaron and how it made her feel. In part one, Courtney spoke out about how she woke up to being roasted by Aaron in his Love Island UK promo, saying, “I’ve just woken up, so this is what I’ve woken up to. I’ve woken up to this promo and I just started crying.”
Courtney then spoke out about what she claims Aaron said to her during their run on Season 3. “He bullied me, belittled me, he skin-shamed, he body-shamed me, he would constantly tell me to f*ck off, [and to] shut up the whole show,” she alleged in her video.

Courtney then dived into the reason she recalled that Aaron didn’t want to pursue her on Love Island Australia. “He said to me , ‘I like clean girls. Girls that, you know, who take care of their skin and skincare, and you know, you’re not really into that stuff.’ So he was referring to my acne.”
In the second video, Courtney broke down as she recalled the moment she claims she was body-shamed by Aaron. “He goes ‘I obviously like when girls take care of their bodies and they go to the gym and stuff like that’,” Courtney said with tears welling up in her eyes. “He straight-up, the first morning of the villa, shamed me for my skin and shamed me for my body… I literally balled my eyes out for the whole of the first morning.”

In the third and final video, Courtney accused Aaron of talking smack about her online and in podcasts, like the Where’s You Head At? podcast where he said that Courtney knew ‘he wasn’t fond of her’ and that she “can’t read a room.”
“He’s literally just a mean girl and it would just be nice for people to actually know what he’s like. So maybe this season [of Love Island UK] will show it because I know ours didn’t,” Courtney said in her final TikTok.

Since she opened up about her experience with Aaron, many Love Island fans have tagged the official account pleading for Aaron to be dropped from the show.
Jack’s MAFS ex-wife, Domenica Calarco, has also expressed her support for Courtney, commenting “So proud of you!!!!”
Courtney’s experience was hard to hear, and we really hope that she’s found peace now with her new partner, Jack.
Aaron will probably not reply to Courtney’s claim until he’s booted from Love Island UK.
But for now, we wish Courtney all the love and peace in the world, because it’s what she deserves!
