As the current season of Love Island UK slut-drops towards the finish line, not all fans have been thrilled by this year’s cast (Ekin-Su’s antics were sorely missed!) but they can agree that Olivia has become the villa’s most divisive islander.

Olivia’s journey to love has been a bumpy ride. She began the season coupled up with Will, who she swiftly friend-zoned and instead, she pursued Haris who she eventually coupled up with. However, as soon as bombshell Tom entered, Olivia eyes began to wander. They briefly coupled up but as she didn’t show Tom much affection, he shifted his attention to another bombshell, Zara, someone we will get to later.

Back to Olivia’s many fellas, after Haris was voted off, Olivia then randomly shifted her attention to ummm… Kai? Tbh, Olivia and Kai were possibly the most sexless Love Island couple of all time, and by the time Casa Amor came around, they both returned with new partners: Kai rematched with Sanam, and Olivia with Maxwell.

I guess that’s the end of that chapter? Think again! On the latest episodes, Olivia is very mad, she is very mad because Kai didn’t stay single, even though… she didn’t stay single.

Make it make sense! Fans were quick to label Olivia as a hypocrite, along with someone who seems to switch partners based on their perceived popularity.

But that’s only the half of it! She also just… doesn’t seem to like women.

The troubles began with Tom’s main squeeze Zara, who Olivia seemed to take an immediate disliking to. They clashed constantly throughout the season, as Olivia continued to pull Tom for chats even though Tom told Zara he was only interested in her. Then there was Olivia versus Tanyel, as Liv made a snide remark that Tanyel didn’t seem that upset that her match Spencer (of umm a few days) had left.

Olivia came for Tanyel again after she kissed Lana’s villa boo, Ron, for a little too long as part of a challenge. She has also had a minor feud with Samie, after she dared to splash Olivia with water during a task. Also for some reason, she gossiped that Claudia was disloyal to Casey during Casa Amor. Meanwhile, Claudia defends Olivia at every turn. Please Olivia! Just stop bad-mouthing your fellow girlies (who constantly have your back) for a hot minute!

In short, Olivia is a lot! While she’s no doubt a victim of her edit — and has some lovely moments like her friendship with Lana — there’s definitely something about Olivia.
