Ollie Addresses Rumours He’s Moved On From Tahnee With A ‘Love Island’ Star
Ollie Skelton from MAFS has accidentally sparked dating rumours with Love Island’s Nakia Pires.
Just a couple of days after the podcaster announced his breakup from Tahnee Cook, he revealed he was hanging out with a “mystery blonde”, who we now know is Nakia. He shared a snap of Nakia on his Instagram Story, but had second thoughts and swiftly deleted it.
This sent the rumour mill into overdrive, but Ollie told So Dramatic! it wasn’t that deep. According to the MAFS star, Nakia is just a friend.
“[We were] just leaving an event, there were 10 other friends with us,” he said. “Nakia walked past the tree, I took the photo, put it up and then thought it probably wasn’t the best idea.”

He added that the pair were “definitely not dating” and he decided to take the photo down after 10 minutes.
Tahnee and Ollie were the last remaining couple from Season 10 and their breakup was a surprise to many. The golden couple were fan favourites, so any relationship moves they make are sure to attract a lot of attention.

Ollie Skelton reveals the real reason behind his breakup with Tahnee Cook.
Ollie addressed the breakup on one of his latest Tosser podcast episodes, saying that he still “has love for Tahnee”. Don’t get your hopes up yet though, because it seems like the pair are just not compatible.
“I think Tahnee has some great qualities and I have so much respect for her and I still have love for Tahnee but at our core, we are just really, really different,” he explained. “Different not just in likes and hobbies, it’s not just in values, it’s not just in how we navigate our issues, but our wants, our beliefs.”

As they explored their relationship in the real world – Ollie moved to Sydney from Perth to be with Tahnee – they realised that their differences and “a multitude of factors” resulted in the couple falling out of love.
Although I’ve been harbouring a tiny bit of hope that Tahnee and Ollie will find their way back to each other, with each new tidbit that drops, I’m beginning to think that’s a pipe dream. The couple seem to be genuinely on good terms – they’re still living together – so at least it doesn’t look like there will be any messy drama to follow.
