Married at First Sight is done and dusted for another year, but that hasn’t stopped the cast sharing behind-the-scenes secrets.

Queen of saging, Holly Greenstein, has spilled some tea on scenes that were cut out of the MAFS edit in an interview on Mike E and Emma“Let me tell you: when it comes to the scandals, the one thing I can guarantee you is what you’re watching its toned-down,” she said.

Holly went on to say that the edit her TV husband, Andrew Davis, received did not always tell the whole story. “They [production] had a real duty of care to make sure they didn’t make him look so bad. You didn’t see him yell at me once, he got a great edit,” Holly claimed.

“He wasn’t a nice person. On the honeymoon, the one thing they did show was him telling me I was bad in bed. But he just yelled at me, like on the second night of the honeymoon it [lasted] 45 minutes straight. He was literally pro-Trump and an anti-vaxxer.”

The cinema manager also alleged that Andrew told her that he wasn’t invested in their relationship from the beginning. “He actually said — they didn’t air it — but he wrote me off on day one.”

In contrast with Andrew, Holly criticised her edit for making her appear overly eccentric. “Everyone sages and uses essential oils and goes to yoga, they kind of made me look a bit extreme,” she told the hosts.

Holly then address Olivia Frazer’s portrayal on the show, alleging that the controversial bride had insulted her in a deleted scene. “On the girls’ night, she called me a mosquito — which they pulled,” Holly claimed. “She had already said enough bad things on camera.”

She went on to say that while she thought Olivia mistreated her during filming, she felt bad for the online abuse Olivia now faces. “I personally didn’t get a lot of kindness from Olivia and I did see a lot of bad behaviour from her. That being said, we all have lessons to learn in life, and we learn them at differing stages. Having her life destroyed and not having a job to go to, and having this much hate [directed at her] — we then become the bullies.”

In the aftermath of MAFS airing, Olivia has reportedly lost her job, got kicked out of her university, and has received a barrage of online trolling and threats.

Holly ended the interview by confirming that while she didn’t find love on the reality dating show, she now has a partner. “I’m dating a really nice guy, it’s new so I’m trying to be chill,” Holly said. LOVE THAT FOR OUR GAL.
