Liam Cooper Confirms He’s Dating Another ‘Married At First Sight’ Groom
Married at First Sight groom, Liam Cooper, has confirmed he’s dating Samuel Levi, a contestant from the New Zealand season of MAFS.
Liam and Samuel have been consistently papped together since the season wrapped, leading to the Daily Mail speculating over whether they were an item. While Liam maintained they were initially just friends, their relationship has since evolved. “I met this guy early this year after the experiment. We hit it off and we remained friends until recently,” Liam wrote on Instagram.
“Samuel has shown me what support looks like, what trust looks like and much more. I am scared, I am nervous but most of all I am happy.”

Liam was matched with Georgia Fairweather on this year’s season, but they split up after Georgia’s launched an attack on Liam in her final vows. Their split has been rife with controversy, due to Georgia posting an Instagram Story of herself alongside Jason Engler, making offensive statements about her former TV husband.
Samuel had a similarly rocky time on his 2018 season of MAFS. He was matched with Tayler Morgan, but they split at the final vows, then soon reunited after filming, before breaking up again in early 2019.
Samuel relocated from New Zealand to Melbourne in mid-2019, and counts the likes of fellow MAFS stars Lizzie Sobinoff and Tamara Joy, along with The Bachelor’s Chelsie McLeod, as some of his close friends, who feature heavily on his Instagram.
Liam and Samuel’s posts have been flooded with people wishing the new couple all the best for their future together.
