Ning Has Issued A Warning To Anyone Wanting To Do ‘MAFS’ & It’s A Big Mood

Hearts around the nation shattered last night as Mark ended his relationship with Ning on Married at First Sight. It was brutal.

As the most underrated contestant of the season, we can all relate to Ning who, after weeks of holding back, finally wore her heart on her sleeve only to be shut down.

In a radio interview earlier today on Heather, Dan and Ben, Ning was asked whether she’d recommend doing the show to anyone else and she did not mince her words. She very quickly advised: “I would just say run! Just run! Don’t do it!”

Big mood.

She continued “Don’t do it. Come to my place and I’ll cook you a nice dinner. Come to mine and we’ll have a great time,” she said.

Ning said the emotional toll is too much. “You have to dig so deep in the experiment and who wants to be that vulnerable.”
