Do You Even Parma? Three Extra AF Parmas Have Landed At Schnitz
Hurry into your nearest Schnitz to get your hands on three new and extra AF Parma Plates and Loaded Schnitzels.
They say that “less is more”, but have you ever had a loaded parma topped with kettle-cooked gravy, oozing cheese, and more chippies than you know what to do with? The more toppings on a schnitzel the better, and Schnitz has just launched three brand-new, totally loaded parmas.
Our lord and saviour, Schnitz, is doing what it does best and ushering in the next step in the evolution of the parma. It’s launching three extra AF Parma Plates that we need to eat right now.
What is a Parma Plate? I’m glad you asked. Take one of Schnitz’s signature chicken schnitties, load it up with every kind of topping your heart desires, and serve it with their unbelievable and Punkee-award-winning chips.
The Loaded Schnitzel plate is like your regular schnitzel and chips, but dialled up to 11 (maybe even 12 or 13 – it’s pretty damn extra). It starts with a crumbed schnitzel and absolutely piles on those bloody glorious chippies, some kick-ass kettle-cooked gravy, and gooey mozzarella cheese. And it comes with extra chips (thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Schnitz) and a rainbow slaw.
The 3 Cheese & Ham schnitzel is the holy trinity of cheeses. Does it come with smoked ham and Napoli? Yes. But it’s also topped with mozzarella, parmesan, and bocconcini.
There’s also the veggie Avo Smash Parma, which is a veggie crumbed schnitzel loaded with avocado, tomato, mozzarella and feta, and mixed seeds. It can also be made vegan, because nobody should miss out on Schnitz.
The Parma Plates are available at all Schnitz Dine-In restaurants around Aus, while food courts will be serving up a to-go version of the Loaded Schnitzel plate without the extra chips and salad (but it still comes with a big ol’ serving of chips, gravy, and cheese).
The Parma Plates are available right now, but only for a limited time, so cancel your lunch plans, stop looking up dinner recipes, put that afternoon snack down, and get to your nearest Schnitz restaurant right now. Roll out, parma fam.
