Sex and the City’s reboot And Just Like That premiered overnight, with fans of the show eager to see what Carrie, Charlotte, and Miranda have been getting up to living life in their fabulous 50s.

Now, before we get too into what happens next, be advised this post is FULL of spoilers. So many spoilers! If you continue scrolling down, one very big spoiler will smack you over the head and knock you out.

OK. Let’s just dive into it, shall we?

The premiere of And Just Like That has left fans asking one very, VERY important question: and no, it’s not why did the writers do Samantha so dirty.

Why the f*ck did Carrie not call 911 sooner?!

In the first episode of And Just Like That, Carrie returned home from Lily’s piano recital to find Big slumped over in the showers, suffering a heart attack after an exercise bike ride.

Big, while obviously on his way out, still looked very much alive as Carrie entered the bathroom, making eye contact with her, with his arm even grabbing at her as she bundled him into her arms, wailing hysterically.

Carrie, girl, why didn’t you call 911 immediately?!

Your man is dying on the bathroom floor. DO SOMETHING!

If you can’t get out your phone, at least try CPR for the love of GOD, CARRIE GET IT TOGETHER!!

Obviously, Sex and the City fans are quite disgruntled by how things played out in the premiere episode.

And we can’t help but wonder, have we slept on the real villain this whole time?

Well, at the end of the day we can all take it as a lesson that learning First Aid training really is quite important.

You can stream And Just Like That now on Binge.
