Grab Your Tissues, Bachy’s Locky and Irena Have Dropped Their Proposal Vid
The Bachelor success couple Locky Gilbert and Irena Srbinovska have dropped their proposal video and we’re super emotional just by listening to the song!
The Bachelor couple became ‘official’ after a nail-biting Season 8 finale where Locky said he loved both Irena and runner-up Bella Varelis. But despite the shocking confession, he did end up choosing Irena and since then their love has only grown. They announced their engagement via a joint Instagram post captioned “Mrs Gilbert has a nice ring to it.”
Locky and Irena have now shared their full magical moment on Instagram, dubbed over by Lady Gaga’s iconic ‘Hold my Hand’. The Proposal, as the video is titled, showed the moments leading up to Locky’s question and it’s just stinking adorable!

Irena went in the captions to explain the significance of the waterfall, although Bachy fans would know as their first date was on TV, under the waterfall! “Waterfalls are so special to us, my hometown date with Locky was a waterfall date, our first trip as a couple was to a waterfall and my parents’ first couple photo together is also under at waterfall,” Irena wrote.
She also mentioned how she was not expecting Locky to pop the question at all. “I thought we were posing for some cute pics under the water, little did I know that Locky was planning this special moment and caught it all on video.”

And as the couple drop this video, many fans thought Locky was going to drop the ring during his daring proposal over the flowing water with some commenters saying that the stunt made them anxious or worried. “I mean, obviously he didn’t because we’ve seen the ring, but I was SO worried anyway he’d drop it in the water in that video! 😂” one user said.
Although the Bachy couple has now reached a massive milestone in their relationship, they have yet to release any details of the special day! We’re keeping our eyes peeled for any juicy details on these two lovebirds and their next steps.
