Welcome back to another night of The Bachelorette: it’s Brooke Blurton’s world, we’re just living in it, and I am more than OK with that.

After the fireworks of last night’s premiere, episode two kept delivering with Brooke sharing special moments with early frontrunners Darvid and Holly. And in classic form, episode two also revolved around the infamous photoshoot with some men on the show really feeling like it was their time to shine for the Australian public (looking at you, Ryan, whoever tf you are).

Darvid scored the first single date of the season after the Persian Prince won Brooke’s first impression rose. The two took off in a helicopter (budget’s back, baby!) and were transported to the Blue Mountains where they then sat on the edge of a cliff, in the rain, drinking hot chocolate that I assume probably wasn’t so hot due to that whole rain thing.

The photoshoot was… typical. We’ve seen it all before, right? Some get hotter outfits than others, one lucky person gets a solo shoot with the Bachy, I disassociate out of pure boredom, etc.

Let’s be real, no matter what getup they try to dress someone in to see how they react, nothing will ever top Wazza’s storm out from the 2018 season of The Bachelorette. I hope he’s doing well.

Anyway, let’s relive tonight’s episode of The Bachelorette in the best way possible: by laughing at the funny tweets together.

The group date is announced and, shock horror, it’s a photoshoot! Who would’ve thought?! We couldn’t help but reminisce on photoshoots of the past.

Jess and Machine Gun Konrad are paired together for the photoshoot and have another drama revolving around a chair. This ends when Machine Gun Konrad drops to his knee and proposes to Brooke.

Ryan is stoked to be in “newspapers all around Australia”. We’re stoked to know that we’ll probably never learn Ryan’s full name. Meanwhile, most of the other men seem more into getting their picture taken than Brooke.

Brooke and Holly have a steamy shoot, which nearly ends in a kiss – but they resist temptation.

Brooke picks up Persian Prince Darvid for the first date: a helicopter ride over the Blue Mountains.

Brooke and Darvid get to know each other while a stealthy suitor delivers them hot chocolate. They seal the deal with a kiss and a rose.

At the cocktail party, Horse Girl Emily gets pissed off that Darvid stole some more time with Brooke. Darvid gives zero fucks about it.

Holly and Brooke once again spend time together, with Holly dropping phrases like “crack-a-lacking”, yet somehow, it’s endearing.

We say goodbye to creepy photographer Beau who is ironically booted out after his dismal photoshoot efforts. RIP!
