Jed McIntosh Was Exposed For Not Following Back ‘The Bachelors’ Contestant
Former The Bachelors contestant Bella Johnston’s Bach-inspired tattoo turned one this week, and to celebrate its birthday she finally got a follow back from her ex-boyfriend, Jed McIntosh.
Those who tuned into the shitshow that was The Bachelors will 1) be thrown into a state of utter confusion when they realise the show was only on four months ago and 2) probably remember that contestant Bella Johnston got inked on her first date with Jed.
The mildly traumatic experience of following Jed, Thomas Malucelli, and Felix Von Hofe’s journey to find love feels like yonks ago for most fans, but Bella Johnston has a daily reminder of her time on the show in the form of a matching spatula tattoo that she got with Jed.
Unfortunately for Bella, she was not only unceremoniously dumped by Jed on The Bachelors, but also rejected for a pash before she was sent packing. To add even more salt to her wound, Jed apparently didn’t even bother following her back on Instagram despite their life-long ink link.
Alas, Bella decided to celebrate the anniversary of her spatch tattoo anyway with an Instagram post calling out Jed’s reluctance to chuck her a follow. The reality star posted a bunch of memes about her tattoo including this one:
BIG LOL.
It was then that Bella acquired the best birthday gift ever for her spatula tattoo: a comment and a follow back from her ex Jed.
“I didn’t even see a follow sorry! Haha hey babe!!” Jed commented on the pic.
In response, Bella clarified that her post wasn’t actually a cry for a follow back from Jed. “[Jed] I’d like to publicly state this post was not about trying to get you to follow me back I was merely celebrating a year of TeeVee snacks but welcome. Bit late but we’ll have ya,” she replied.
While we all love a happy ending, I’m devastated to tell you that it’s not the case here. A quick skim of Bella’s account shows that while she’s snagged Jed as a follower, she doesn’t currently follow him back.
This is almost as confusing as the show’s decision to cast three men in one season.
