The Next 365 Days, of course!

I’m praying that the fourth film is titled Another Bloody 365 Days, or It’s Been A Lot Of Sex & Days, OK!

In the first film, we met our lovers Massimo and Laura and they didn’t fall in love in some typical meet-cute fashion. Nah, Massimo abducted Laura, kept her as a prisoner, and gave her a year to fall in love with him — and she did! They even got married at the start of the sequel. If you hadn’t caught on, the movies are truly cooked and rife with misogyny and toxic depictions of relationships, but the nonstop sex scenes are actually pretty hot.

It’s not a movie people watch for the plot, in fact, all of the movies contain minimal dialogue. Instead, the bulk of the scenes are just characters gazing at each other and having sex, as loud music plays.

The sequel introduced a rival for Laura’s affections in Nacho, a man who is not only obsessed with Laura but happens to be Massimo’s longtime nemesis. We also met Massimo’s evil twin, but he’s dead by the third film, lol. In The Next 365 Days, Laura has to decide whether she wants to stay with her husband Massimo, or start a new life with Nacho.

Decision, decisions! She doesn’t really make a solid choice in the third movie, instead Laura just takes turns having sex with both of her love interests. Queen behaviour, tbh.

In typical 365 Days fashion, the movie ends on a cliffhanger that suggests Laura might be about to die: in the first movie she had a car accident, in the second she got shot, and in the third, Olga warns Laura that Massimo will kill her if she leaves him for Nacho.

This gal can’t catch a break. The third 365 Days is predictably bonkers and the memes are just as chaotic.
