The Best Memes From The ‘Australian Survivor’ Finale
They say it’s better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all and you know what? I call bullshit on that. In regards to this year’s season of Australian Survivor, I am deeply grieving the loss of one of the greatest seasons of all time.
Heroes V Villains has proven to be electrifying viewing, starting with potentially one of the greatest tribal councils of all time and ending with one hell of a plot twist, as predicted winner George Mladenov missed out on the top three on last night’s finale.
But I’m getting ahead of myself! On Monday’s episode, Liz Parnov won immunity and a spot in the final three by surviving the longest in some truly sick medieval torture chamber nightmare challenge. From here the final four — George, Liz, Gerry Geltch, and Matt Sharp — voted out one final castaway, with King George being unanimously ousted.
George is the best there has ever been.
We are so lucky that he is part of our franchise Down Under.
We all owe him a debt of gratitude for revitalizing the franchise and exciting the masses to tune in.#SurvivorAu pic.twitter.com/9yTqy2E3r3

George had truly dominated the game like no other player in the history of Australian Survivor, so while it was a big bummer to not have him get to pitch to the jury (it would have slayed), it made sense that his competitors would want him gone.
But what both Gerry and Matt probably didn’t consider was that dark horse Liz was about to drop a jury pitch that would make anything they had to say pale in comparison. Liz charted out all the different alliances she had led and infiltrated, explaining how she had scraped through even when dropped into an opposing tribe, while forming strong bonds with villains Shonee Bowtell and George, along with heroes Flick Palmateer and Nina Twine.
By comparison, both Matt and Gerry hadn’t made any big moves, instead mostly following George’s orders throughout their games. Gerry had also turned on his heroes alliance who awkwardly made up the majority of the jury. Liz was easily voted sole survivor, with every single jury member writing down her name — queen shit!
Liz is an absolute weapon ?? Congrats to our new, well-deserved #SurvivorAU champ ??

Liz’s iconic win caps off one hell of a season. It truly had it all: hectic challenges, history-shaping tribal councils, Simon Mee proving to be the himbo king that we all deserve, and who can forget the iconic Spice Girls alliance between Liz, Shonee and George.
This season spiced up all our lives in the best way.
As we pour one out for an unforgettable Australian Survivor season, let’s heal our wounds with the best memes from the finale.

I don't know if I've seen as much of a smackdown on someone's social game as in this #SurvivorAU final Tribal Council.

George.
Where do we even begin. Biggest character of all time. Mastermind behind the biggest moments in franchise history. A villain that redefined what it means to be an Australian Survivor.
