‘Love Island All Stars’ Is Happening And I Need These Contestants To Be On It
If you’re feeling withdrawals now that Love Island UK is over, I’ve got something to perk you up. Whispers have been floating around about Love Island All Stars, and it sounds super spicy!
Imagine all the hook-ups, scandals, recoupling, and meltdowns we’d get to see! It’d be like regular Love Island, on steroids. We could see some truly iconic couples come out of the show, and it would inject a bit of life into the old format. We are up to Season 11, after all.
The show is titled Love Island Games, and apparently, we’ll see contestants from Australia, the UK and US, all battling it out. The show is supposed to be filmed in October, and it will take place in Fiji or South Africa (there’s been some conflicting reports out there). Obviously, my mind is buzzing with all the possibilities, so I’ve done some sleuthing to find out everything you absolutely need to know.
Who will be returning to the villa for Love Island All Stars?
Apparently, the producers have been scouring past seasons to find the crème de la crème.
“Bosses are in talks with over 100 contestants from the US, UK and Australian versions of the show including a controversial UK winner and one of the most memorable girls from a legendary season,” the insider said.
Sources say that Sophie Piper, Kem Cetinay, Scott Thomas and Maura Higgins are firmly on the wish list, but it depends on which of our fave contestants are still single when October rolls around. Then again, would that really stop some of these contestants from returning?
Executive producer Mike Spencer recently told RadioTimes that he’d love to see Maura back in the villa. “I had breakfast with her the other day. She’s so funny. She’s amazing, so I’d love to see her on it.”
Is Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu returning to Love Island All Stars after breakup with Davide Sanclimente?
Ekin-Su is single after ditching Davide Sanclimente in June, but sadly, she’s not ready to mingle. The Season 8 winner of Love Island UK doesn’t want to return to the villa, which is – and I’m not being dramatic – absolutely devastating.
She quickly became one of my fave contestants ever, and I’m not alone. Fans were tattooing her name on their bodies and lapping up her Main Character Energy. Plus, who can forget Ekin-Su’s cold-as-ice retort after another contestant asked, “Ekin who?”.
“I’m Ekin-Su, babes, and there’s only one of me.”
She recently told The Daily Mail that we’re not going to see her in a Love Island villa, like ever.
“To me Love Island is a one time thing and I’ve done that. To me I’ve had my experience and loved it, and that’s it for me,” she said.

What date will Love Island All Stars air?
I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but with Love Island All Stars set to film in October, it’s unlikely we’ll get to see the show until 2024. According to Cosmopolitan, it’ll take the winter timeslot in the UK, which means we should see it in January or February 2024 – if Aussies get it at the same time.
I’ve never been more ready for a show.
