Alyssa From ‘MAFS’ Has Suggested Duncan Cheated On Her With Evelyn During The Show

The Married at First Sight drama between Alyssa Barmonde and her ex Duncan James is far from being over. The Utah-born bride has now claimed that Duncan’s behaviour on the show was sus, and that she saw his relationship with Evelyn Ellis coming from a mile away.

Remember how she revealed earlier this year that Duncan had apparently asked to sleep in the same bed as Evelyn during the couple swap? She’s provided receipts to So Dramatic!, in the form of a text convo she had with her friend Brad during the show.

I’m still taking this with a grain of salt, because we haven’t had confirmation from Duncan or Evelyn about this situ. In the messages, Alyssa says that Duncan wanted to “share a bed” with Evelyn, before adding that she didn’t “trust” the intruder bride. 

She also went on to suggest that Duncan and Evelyn had gotten together during the partner swap (which the pair have fiercely denied), and shared her thoughts on that sexy photoshoot. 

You know, the one with a topless Duncan wearing an apron while covered in flour. Tbh, most viewers just thanked Evelyn for doing the Lord’s work, because while Alyssa didn’t want the photos, we certainly did. 

“Can we also touch on the fact he thought I would be happy to receive a half-naked photo of him that [Evelyn] took? Yeah nah, not about that,” Alyssa told the publication. “Duncan and Evelyn have denied [getting together during MAFS], but it’s so obvious.”

Alyssa exposes a major fight between herself and Duncan. 

The week intruder couple Evelyn and Rupert Bugden entered the experiment, things started to sour between Duncan and Alyssa. And apparently, the intruders’ presence led to a blowup between the previously perfect-seeming couple.

“Duncan and I got into a fight the week Evelyn and [Rupert] got into the experiment because someone told me that Duncan was having people over at our apartment while I was with [my son] Leon,” Alyssa spilled. “I tried to message [Duncan] and he never responded. Then, a few hours later, he told me it was Rupes and Ev.”

“We had a massive fight about it but it was never shown.”

Alyssa points out one of Duncan’s potential “red flags”. 

In another screenshot of her conversation with her friend Brad, Alyssa labelled one of Duncan’s behaviours as a “red flag”. Apparently, the cyber-security expert doesn’t receive any notifications on his phone. 

That sounds healthy to me, I know I spend far too long staring at a tiny screen, but Alyssa thinks there was a sus reason behind the decision. Keep in mind this is purely speculative, but Alyssa said Duncan was “probably talking to all his ex-girlfriends”. Yikes.
