All The ‘MAFS’ Tea From Dom & Ella’s First Episode Of Their Podcast
Brides-turned-besties, Dom Calarco and Ella Ding, have finally dropped the first episode of their Sit With Us podcast and we have a few things to unpack.
About two weeks ago, Dom and Ella, who met on Season 9 of Married At First Sight, announced that they’re launching a podcast to discuss topics like gossip, reality TV, and pop culture.
Episode one focuses on the hosts experiences during and after MAFS, their relationships, and how they’re going forward. Some parts of the episode, I must admit, made me feel super bad for them because the 2022 season was an absolute HOT MESS.

Dom’s discussed the OnlyFans fallout
One of the first things the girlies talked about was Dom’s life after the show and how she found it “confronting” dealing with the backlash. “Going into MAFS, nothing can prepare you for how you feel coming out of it,” she said. She describes the feeling post-MAFS as being inside a “black hole”.
Dom then went on to talk about the experience of explaining her OnlyFans account to her family, especially her nonna, after her account was outed on the show by fellow bride, Olivia Frazer. “I said, ‘Nonna, you’re gonna see some things that are going to make you uncomfortable, you’re gonna see me upset and that’s going to hurt you’, and I had the same conversation with my mum and my dad,” Dom said.

Later on in the podcast, Dom got extremely candid about the photo-sharing scandal. She even admitted that she still searches Reddit weekly to make sure none of her nudes are floating around online. “People all across the world are literally looking for that photo every single day and I’m needing to once a week, do a sweep on Reddit to get it taken down, like, that is my life now,” Dom said.
Ella on her relationship with Mitch
Post-MAFS, unfortunately Ella and Mitch parted ways and Ella has admitted that she is unhappy about how their relationship ended. “I know that I’m over Mitchell, like I don’t have feelings for Mitchell or anything like that now, but I don’t know if I’m over the way things really played out with us,” Ella said in the poddy.

Dom and Ella called out Olivia’s claims about Mitch
The girls also poked a bit of fun at tabloid media by playing a game to clarify if headlines mentioning them were true or false.
One of the headlines, directed at Ella, reported that Olivia had claimed that Mitch never liked his TV wife. Ouch. However, Ella cleared the rumour, labelling this headline as false. “I spoke to Mitch, he said ‘That’s a load of shit. That’s bullshit. Why are you listening to this?” Ella recalled.

Ella also said she had confronted Mitch about being friends with Olivia, especially after she made that comment about the couple. “Babe, if she was your mate, she’s throwing you under the bus,” Ella said. “I’m just reaching out to you that one of your friends is talking shit.”
Dom, of course, came out swinging against Olivia, adding “I don’t think it’s anyone else’s business to be commenting on whether or not someone’s reality husband had actual feelings for them the entire time.”
Dom reckons she has PTSD from dinner parties with Olivia
Dom quickly touched on a rumour that she and Olivia will be facing off in a boxing ring, just like Daniel Holmes and Brent Vitiello. But NOPE! Not happening. Dom said she’s too scared and doesn’t want to go anywhere near Olivia again.

“I actually get scared when I see a photo of her… It brings back PTSD when she sits across from me,” Dom said. “For a while there, after MAFS, sitting at a table that was a dinner table where I had to have a conversation, I’d legitimately freak out.”
Sit with Us’ first episode was quite dark and gloomy, as the girls talked a lot about their lives post-MAFS, but the podcast is set to get even juicier as Ella and Dom take on more burning questions about Married At First Sight next episode. The tea is going to be at boiling point.
