Jackson From ‘MAFS’ Has Finally Spoken Out About His Split With Olivia
ICYMI: Married At First Sight’s Jackson Lonie and Olivia Frazer announced they split last week.
Olivia was the first to comment publicly on the news, telling her Instagram followers that she was “okay”. Jackson has now broken his silence on where he stands with his ex-bride, as well as revealing his future plans beyond MAFS.
To give you a quick recap: Jackson and Olivia met on Season 9 of Married At First Sight and were one of the last couples to stay together. Last week, the couple announced their breakup via a joint Instagram post.

Olivia addressed the breakup after the initial post in an Instagram Q&A session. The reality TV bride said that she “wouldn’t take back mine and Jack’s relationship at all.”
Jackson has now come forward about the breakup through his own Instagram Q&A during a sweaty gym sesh.
A fan asked if the former groom was okay after the breakup and if the pair was on good terms. The reality TV star confirmed that he was doing okay and he and Olivia are amicable. “We take each day at a time. We’re still friends. We’re still on good terms, and I think we always will be,” Jackson replied.
The newly single groom also mentioned that he will be staying on the Central Coast up until early next year. Earlier this year, the Daily Mail reported that Jackson had moved into Olivia’s family home in Avoca from Melbourne. Jackson mentioned that he would be going back and fourth to Melbourne for business.
“I will be back to Melbourne soon. I have some work stuff that I’ve gotta [do], which will be in the next couple of weeks and after that I got the fight in October,” he said. And if you’ve already forgotten, Jackson will be participating in a celebrity boxing match with Season 8’s MAFS groom Sam Carraro on October 15th, which is the same day as Brent Vitiello and Daniel Holme’s fight.

Jackson was also asked about his adult content career and if he will still be posting on the subscription platform post-split. When he was asked, “Will you still do OF without Olivia?” the reality star replied he “sure bloody will.”
While a rumour claimed that OnlyFans contributed to the pair’s breakup, Olivia rejected this allegation in an Instagram Live. “Absolutely not, we’re both really cool with it,” said the former bride.
The pair both started OnlyFans accounts after the show aired. Some fans were also a little weirded out by Jackson’s OnlyFans soft launch, which had him singing Rod Stewart’s ‘Do Ya Think I’m Sexy’, and honestly that was a little jump scare for us girlies.

So far, neither Olivia or Jackson has come forward about how they broke up or have confirmed what was the exact reason for their split.
A fan asked about it during Jackson’s Q&A and he responded with, “Look, I got this this question a lot. And no, I’m not going to tell the breakup story because to be perfectly honest, it’s nobody’s business except for ours. People can make up stories all they want but surely you guys know by now gossip pages are full of f*cking shit.”
So I guess, maybe we’ll never get that breakup story until way way way into the future.
While Olivia and Jackson weren’t my favourite couple of Season 9, it’s nice to know that they’re both on good terms, because everyone deserves a little happiness! But that’s me just being sappy and peacekeeping, and also Season 10 is already filming so hopefully this split will wrap up the Season 9 drama.
