Season 6 of everyone’s favourite real estate show Selling Sunset hit our screens in May. Of course, the reality show has become increasingly less about selling real estate, and more about fashion, messy drama and complicated relationships.
Season 6 was dominated by Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim’s break up, with both stars introducing audiences to their new partners. ICYMI, Chrishell is now married to Aussie singer G Flip, and their romance was documented throughout the show.
While Jason happily paraded his 24-year-old Parisian model girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk around during the season, Chrishell rightfully pointed out that dating someone almost half his age probably wasn’t the best idea. And of course, our real estate queen was right, with Jason and Marie-Lou announcing their split just weeks after the series was released.
Anyway, Chrishell also created some drama between herself and Nicole Young, who has briefly been seen in past seasons, but finally stepped into a leading role this year. During their trip to Palm Springs, Nicole aired something that has irked her for a while – Jason seems to favour Chrishell.
“You don’t have a lot of points and you’re on drugs,” Chrishell shot back. “It doesn’t seem like there’s only wine in your glass and you’ve been acting a little cracked out all night.” So. Much. Drama.
But in typical reality TV fashion, the storyline continued in an almost comical way. To maintain her innocence, Nicole decides to get a drug test to prove Chrishell wrong.
