The ‘Sex/Life’ Stars Actually Fell In Love While Filming The Show
Sex/Life is the latest Netflix show that has everybody talking for various, uh, big reasons.
If you haven’t watched the Sex/Life yet, the TL;DR plotline is this: a suburban mother Billie (played by Sarah Shahi) starts journalling about her past, wilder, racier life in the city, including all the hot sex she had with an ex-boyfriend Brad (played by Adam Demos). Her husband Cooper (Mike Vogel) comes across her journal (quite literally in one scene) and it sends him on a mission to try and spice up their sex life, while also developing an unhealthy obsession with tracking down her ex. Of course, the hot ex enters the scene again, and things really get chaotic from there.
Now, we’re not here saying the storyline makes any real sense or the show deserves an Emmy. But the one thing you can’t deny in Sex/Life is that the cast is just extremely good looking, and the chemistry between Billie and Brad is off the charts.
And it turns out there’s a reason for this – yep, lead actors Sarah Shahi and Adam Demos are actually dating IRL after meeting on the set of Sex/Life.
Shahi and Demos have nothing but praise for each other in interviews promoting the show and have started to share exactly how their love story unfolded.
“When I first met Adam, I was really blown away with him,” Sarah told People magazine. “We met in the makeup trailer and we just got on instantly. We had the exact same taste in music. We had the same taste in whiskey and tequilas, and I was really blown away by him just as a person and all I knew was that I wanted more.”
The two even sat down with Leo publication and interviewed each other about Sex/Life and they weren’t so damn adorable, you’d gag.

The charismatic pair aren’t afraid to show some love on Instagram either, often commenting on each other’s snaps…
…as well as dedicating bigger posts to each other.
“Not exactly sure how two people on opposite sides of the world could have more in common, were meant to meet, were meant to be together. But I do know I met my soulmate. I do know I found my forever. I do know I’ve never loved deeper, harder, more ferociously,” Sarah captioned this photo gallery of the pair.
