Wake up besties, Taylor Swift has officially announced she’s coming to Australia for The Eras tour next year, and we’ve got all the deets.

The pop icon is headed our way in February 2024, and she’s playing a total of five shows in Melbourne and Sydney. There are a bunch of other international shows that have been announced in Asia, Europe, the UK and South America, but New Zealand has missed out – which means competition for the coveted Aussie tickets is heightened.

If you want the best chance of securing yourself a ticket (it’ll likely be a fight to the death, we’re not gonna lie), here’s everything you need to know: including concert dates, ticket prices, and all the pre-sale info.

How can I purchase Taylor Swift Eras Tour Australian tickets?

Tay’s rollout for the Eras Tour in the US was a disaster, with Ticketmaster being completely overwhelmed by the demand. With that in mind, it’s probably best to jump on a pre-sale to try your luck before tickets are open to the general public. Here’s a list of all the dates and times you need to add to your calendar:

Monday, June 26: American Express card member pre-sale – Sydney 10am, Melbourne 2pm
Wednesday, June 28: Frontier members pre-sale – Sydney 10am, Melbourne 2pm
Friday, June 30: General public on sale – Sydney 10am, Melbourne 2pm

Who will be opening for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Australia?

Taylor’s opening act for her international dates is Sabrina Carpenter, who has previously opened for Ariana Grande and The Vamps. Carpenter is currently on her own headlining tour to support her latest album Emails I Can’t Send

While she released her first album in 2015 and has appeared in a number of films and TV shows, Carpenter’s also known for being the possible subject of Olivia Rodrigo’s hit single ‘Drivers License’.

Good luck to all my fellow Swifties, and may the odds ever be in your favour.
