Everything We Know About ‘The Bachelorette’ Favourite Holly
She was the lady in red who captured Brooke Blurton’s attention as the first contestant to arrive on the red carpet of The Bachelorette premiere, and we have suspicions that Holly Langford might be one of the last people standing.
Brooke and Holly have already shared a few special moments together: they slow-danced on night one, shared an intimate photoshoot in episode two, and can rarely stay away from each other at the cocktail parties. With the exception of Darvid Garayeli, Holly already appears to be one of the main frontrunners.
After meeting her on premiere night, Brooke said, “Slow-dancing with Holly was so romantic, I just felt comfortable with doing that with her. The way she makes me feel, I am mind-blown.”
So who is The Bachelorette favourite Holly Langford?
Holly is a 27-year-old marketing administrator and NRL cheerleader from New South Wales, who has taught dance for over 10 years. She says she loves how dance gives people the opportunity to express themselves through movement.

Holly’s Instagram is filled with images of her out with friends, along with working on her fitness lifting weights, doing gymnastics, and practising cheerleading. She’s also a charitable person, shaving her head in 2015 to raise money for the World’s Greatest Shave.

According to her bio, Holly is a warm and inviting person, who always wears her heart on her sleeve. She describes herself as “bubbly, energetic, friendly, athletic, and clumsy.” When asked why she’s still single, Holly replied that she only just recovered from a long-term relationship. “I was head over heels in love for a long time, and I want to find someone who makes me feel that way again. I won’t settle for anything less.”
Holly shared with Brooke on premiere night that now she’s happy with all the aspects of her life, she’s ready to find someone to share it with. “I am bright, fun and bring so much love and energy to everything I do,” her bio reads.
“I am genuinely looking for love, and think Brooke and my goals and outlook on life align.”
