Thomas Malucelli is slowly becoming the preferred Bachy of this season with some people labelling Jed McIntosh as a walking red flag and other fans agreeing that Felix Von Hofe is toxic as hell.

Prior to joining The Bachelors, Thomas Malucelli revealed to Punkee that he was involved in a relationship that lasted for 8.5 years, and it looks like this relo was rather intense as they posted an absurd breakup video when it all ended.

According to So Dramatic! wellness coach and Isagenix member, Brittany Onorato, is the lucky woman who spent more than eight years with the Italian Bachy.

In 2020, Thomas and Brittany uploaded the bizarre breakup video. “We haven’t been open with everyone,” Brittany told the camera. “We’ve been broken up for six months.”

Throughout the seven minute breakup announcement, Thomas and Brittany spoke about why they decided to share this news and basically spilled the tea on where they stood now.

“I am so happy that Brittany came into my life years ago because she’s been the best thing that has ever happened to my life. I’ve learned so much from her, she literally pushed me so many times beyond what I even thought was possible,” Thomas said.

Thomas and Brittany also revealed to their fans (lol) that they had been living together while still being broken up due to Covid restrictions.

The breakup video is reminiscent of the time all these YouTube/influencer couples were breaking up and announcing the news via awkward AF videos, like Liza Koshy and David Dobrik,  and Prank Vs Prank.

Despite the topic being quite sad, it was sweet when Brittany said that ‘she still loved Thomas with all of her heart’ as a bestie.

Thomas ended the video with “two of the most powerful questions” that you should ask your partner, which was: “What do I do what pushed you away from me?” and “What do I do that pulls you closer to me?”

That’s some pretty deep and meaningful shit right there.

According to Brittany’s recent Instagram uploads, it looks like she is currently travelling the states, but fingers crossed she comes back Down Under for a quick Bachelors cameo.

The Bachelors returns Sunday night (super random) at 7:30pm on Channel 10 and 10Play.
