Tahnee And Ollie From ‘MAFS’ Say They Feel ‘Unsafe’ After Home Incident

Tahnee Cook and Ollie Skelton are one of Married at First Sight’s golden couples, with their relationship going from strength to strength after an instant connection at the altar. The pair, who were given the (slightly cringe) title of “Gen-Z lovers” on the show, are still together IRL.

After filming wrapped up, Ollie left Perth to move in with Tahnee in Sydney. However, not everything has gone smoothly. The pair are in the process of moving to a new place, and in this current rental climate, I don’t envy them one bit.

During an Instagram live with fellow contestant Melissa Sheppard, the couple had a surprising reaction when Melissa complimented their Surry Hills digs.

“I tell you who else loves our apartment,” Ollie said, before Tahnee cut in, saying: “The crackheads down the road.”

According to Yahoo Lifestyle, the pair have had some unpleasant altercations with locals under the influence of drugs and alcohol, with one scary incident taking things a step too far.

When the couple arrived home one night, they found a bunch of people “partying in their garage” after “forcing their way inside”. Eek, it sounds like Tahnee and Ollie are making the right decision to get out of there.

Everything you need to know about Ollie Skelton’s podcast:

Moving onto something slightly more positive; Ollie has recently made a fun announcement.

As we all know, once you’ve been on a reality TV show, the next step is to turn your fame into a career. The Bachelor girls Abbie Chatfield, Laura Byrne and Brittany Hockley all went down the podcast route, and last year’s MAFS stars Ella Ding and Domenica Calarco followed suit.

Ollie was one of the funniest MAFS cast members this year by a long shot. His TikToks have kept us entertained for weeks, and he isn’t afraid to make himself the butt of the joke.

So while we have no time for controversial groom Harrison Boon’s podcast, we’re excited that Ollie’s podcast is launching soon.

It’s called Tosser Pod, and the first episode will be out on June 13. From Ollie’s preview, we can expect a bit of a laugh, a few MAFS contestants (Tahnee, obvi), and his take on Sydney life.

Oh, and did we mention that Evelyn Ellis’ Gollum impression makes an appearance? We’ll defs be tuning in.
