Turns Out ‘MAFS’ Groom Harrison’s Side-Chick Was Also On ‘The Bachelors’
Ahhh, the reality TV world. It’s so small.
Not only do all our favourite shows start straight after one finishes OR just air at the same goddamn time (we’re looking at you Survivor, MAFS, and Australian Idol), but we’re even getting cross-promotion now, with Jessica from The Bachelors causing chaos during the premiere of Married At First Sight.
To recap, Jessica was at the wedding of Bronte and Harrison as a friend of Bronte’s — a friend who dropped the bombshell on her that Harrison had been dating someone in the outside world in the lead-up to MAFS and was promising this girl that he’d be back with her after the show.
As it turns out, the girl in question is Abby Miller, who was also on The Bachelors. Allegedly. I do not recall this woman, but that’s fine.

But yes, to recap: new groom Harrison was dating Abby from The Bachelors and promising her all sorts of things before going on the show (like that they’d spend weekends together when he was filming), and now he’s in hot water with TV wife Bronte after she found out from wedding guest Jessica who was also on The Bachelors, that Harrison had something to hide.
On top of all that, after Bronte and Harrison had sex on their honeymoon, something super awkward went down that ended in Harrison telling his new wife, he was no longer ‘sexually attracted’ to her.
Keeping up?
To get to the bottom of all this mess, we tuned into the latest episode of So Dramatic! With Megan Pustetto to get the tea. Here’s a summary!
Abby was not the only woman Harrison was seeing.
Apparently sources close to Abby said that the night before Harrison left to go on MAFS, Abby found out he was seeing other people. This lines up with a comment Harrison made in the premiere when he told Bronte he had been dating ‘multiple people’ as a single man before the show.
But So Dramatic! had some juicier facts from a source: “Abby found a video on his phone of another chick. She asked him if he was seeing anyone else and he said no. Later in the night, she did more digging and found a video of him f*cking a chick from that morning,” host Megan Pustetto said.
Things get worse for Bronte and Harrison after they get intimate…
According to the poddy, Bronte confronts Harrison about his, uh, performance in the bedroom (the words “pump and dump” may have been dropped) and he then turns around and blames her, saying that he isn’t sexually attracted to her. Yikes!
Bronte had also apparently told friends the next day that “she felt like a mattress with a hole in it”. A man obsessed with himself being a total jackhammer? Wouldn’t be the first time.
It’s alleged that Bronte also opens up about a miscarriage she has and for some wild reason, Harrison seemed to think she was doing it for a storyline after Bronte asked producers if it was OK if she talked about it.
The podcast episode has a lot of receipts about the messages between Abby and Harrison.
Harrison may have said he called things off with Abby just before the show, but the day he left to go into lockdown he was telling Abby he’d like to see her soon. He later ceased contact with her in what appears to be the day after his wedding was filmed. So maybe he was staying true to his word that once he was married, he was fully committed… just, you know, really leaving it right until the last minute.

So what’s the verdict?
IDK about you guys, but I’m already struggling to keep up. My prediction is that the vibes between Harrison and Bronte will continue to deteriorate… all season long!
