Rumours Have It That King George From ‘Survivor’ Is Going On ‘The Amazing Race’ And I Can’t Cope

Wake up besties, there’s some new goss about the new season of The Amazing Race Australia. According to the blog TV Tonight, we’re going to be blessed with a celebrity cast for the Beau Ryan-hosted show.

And while I can think of a few celebs I’d love to see battle it out for $250,000 in this elaborate scavenger hunt of sorts, there’s one duo that’s at the top of my list: King George and Simon

Hear me out: the most recent season of Channel 10’s Survivor Australia was i-c-o-n-i-c. It made waves around the world, with US pundits and former players in awe of George Mladenov’s incredible strategic plays. As for Simon Mee’s, well … ~strategy~, that was both hilarious and entertaining. Remember cookie-gate?

We had returning players Shonee Bowtell and Hayley Leake battle it out, with newbie Liz Parnov taking home the title of Sole Survivor

And while it would be super fun to get Shiz (Shonee and Liz) back on our screens, you have to admit that King George and Simon’s bickering would make for fantastic TV.

I’m not the only one who thinks George will appear on The Amazing Race Australia, with Twitter fans uncovering a key clue. The Survivor “villain” is currently “unavailable” on Cameo, a website where he offers personalised video messages in exchange for a fee.

Could this mean he’s currently filming? And if so, who could his celeb partner be? While I’m dying for Simon to be stuck in close quarters with George for weeks, interestingly, Shonee is also “unavailable” on Cameo right now.

Meanwhile, former winner Hayley Leake, Simon and Liz are all still available on Cameo. I’m telling you guys, watch this space – something is brewing.
