Callum Hole and Mitchell Eliot Bromance On Love Island AU

Callum And Mitch Are The Only ‘Love Island’ Couple I’m Rooting For

This year’s Love Island has given us a bunch of gorgeous couples, but there’s only one pairing that I will cherish from this season.

Season 4 has gifted nonstop twists and turns, such as ditching Casa Amor for Ex Week and bringing back four reality TV faves as contestants, including the winners of last year’s season

However, only one connection in the villa has managed to survive all the drama unscathed: the bromance between Callum Hole and Mitchell Eliot.

Callum, who we previously dubbed Season 4’s walking red flag, has honestly been his best self around Mitch.

Despite Callum dragging Mitch into trouble – like that time Callum dared Phoebe Han to lick Mitch’s body, and his partner, OG Phoebe, walked in – it’s without a doubt that the pair have forged a deep bond that’ll most likely continue outside of the show.

So to celebrate the friendship of Mitch and Callum, here are their best bromance moments:

When Mitch and Callum shared a bath

The adorable bath scene between Mitch and Callum happened after the boys had a “men’s movement”, where they spoke about their emotions to help them clear their energy.

After the meditation exercise, Callum and Mitch decided to share a cheeky bath, using everyone’s bath products. It was definitely a cute moment, and it solidified Mitch and Callum as the bros of the villa.

When they shared the eggplant floatie

Let’s be honest, you don’t just share a pool floatie with anyone. They’ve shared it a couple of times together, especially when they’re swapping info.

One moment on the floatie was extra special because Mitch told Callum he wanted to make things official with Phoebe. Every time they’re on the floatie together, it gives me Titanic vibes, and I love it.

When they had a cute D&M about friendship

In a bonus clip, we saw Callum and Mitch discussing their bromance, with Callum telling Mitch, “Even if I lived in the UK, you’d still be a big part of my life.” The pair then continued to talk about how their friendship would work, even if it was long-distance.

The clip is honestly super sweet, and it gives a break from the cheesy romance among the couples.

When Mitch and Callum tested their smarts

In one episode, Callum said that he felt smarter around Mitch, so they started quizzing each other. At one point, both boys were challenged to spell the word ‘caterpillar’, and both of them failed. We love a double himbo moment!

When Mitch and Callum hosted couples counselling

To help ease the tensions in the villa, Mitch and Callum decided to help the couples with their problems via some amateur couples counselling.

Decked out in lab coats, sparkly bow ties and nerd glasses, the bros waltzed around the villa to help everyone with their problems, despite Callum being a self-proclaimed red flag and Mitch getting into trouble for letting another woman lick his body.

It was low-key hypocritical of them to give out advice, but the whole ordeal was hilarious AF.

When Callum helped Mitch surprise Phoebe

Although the set-up to Phoebe’s surprise was a group effort from the villa, Mitch telling Callum first was extra special as it showed who he trusted most on Love Island.

Even though they share one singular brain cell, it was sweet to watch Callum help Mitch with his poem, plus Callum did a superb job at distracting Phoebe as they set up the surprise.

Although they have their himbo moments, they make one hell of a team.

Sure, Callum said he “didn’t cry” during Mitch’s surprise in the beach hut, but it was obvious that it had an emotional impact on him. I mean, look at his face!

Although Love Island is supposed to be about romance, we’ve found pure joy in watching Callum and Mitch’s bromance grow.

Fingers crossed that they stay BFFL after the grand finale.

The Love Island grand finale kicks off tonight on 9Go and 9Now.
